We review each commitment claim against submitted evidence before it appears on a profile.
Step 1
Business owners submit commitment claims with supporting text, links, or stories — or use AI discovery to draft evidence from their website, then review and accept each item themselves.
Step 2
Our review queue checks each claim against the evidence provided. Claims that do not meet our standards are rejected with feedback; nothing goes live without a human decision.
Step 3
Approved commitments show on the public listing and in commitment filters. Until review completes, claims stay off public profiles or show as under review — never as verified.
A verified commitment on Buy Pock means the business submitted evidence, a reviewer approved it, and the badge reflects that specific claim — not a general endorsement of the business. Verification is about the commitment claim, reviewed at a point in time.
Owners can use AI to find commitment evidence on their website and draft a story. AI output is always labeled as a draft, requires owner acceptance, and enters the same review queue as manually submitted claims.
