We founded 4RM+ULA in 2002 because architecture should do more than fill a site plan — it should connect people to place. Our team designs transit stations, neighborhood redevelopment, and public spaces where Saint Paul and Minneapolis actually live: bus lines, plazas, campuses, and infill projects that respect what was here before we arrived. We care about the Twin Cities because the built environment either invites community in or shuts it out. Every project is a chance to listen first, design with the people who will use it, and leave something durable behind.— 4RM+ULA
